All sales are final.

Due to the nature of the products sold at GH Smoke Shop & Gifts, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

• Glassware
• Tobacco products
• Vape devices and accessories
• Rolling papers and wraps
• Grinders and smoking accessories
• Novelty items

Defective or Damaged Items

All products are inspected prior to sale. Customers are responsible for inspecting their items before leaving the store. Once the item leaves the premises, it is considered accepted in its current condition.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused after purchase
• Improper use or handling
• Manufacturer defects discovered after leaving the store
